Juicy, perfect shrimp tucked into a warm, grain-free tortilla and slathered with a creamy mango-avocado salsa? Tell me how it could get better than that! These 10 Minute Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos are truly the taste of summer. They're packed with protein, tons of flavor, and a homemade salsa that is so good, you'll want to eat it with a spoon! This recipe is a collaboration with my friend Olivia, and we know that you are going to love it.

Ingredients

For the Taco Filling:

  • 1 Pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

For Serving:

Instructions

  • To make these tacos, start by adding the shrimp, olive oil, honey, salt, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne to a large bowl and toss to combine.
  • Next, line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and spread the tossed shrimp out across the tray.
  • Then, air fry the shrimp at 400 for 7-8 minutes.
  • While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas by gently warming them over the open flame of a gas stove. If you don't have access to a gas stove, you can also just warm them in a pan.
  • Finally, once the shrimp are done, remove them from the oven and assemble the tacos. Line each tortilla with your guacamole, shrimp, mango avocado salsa, and cilantro.
  • Then, serve and enjoy!
