To make these tacos, start by adding the shrimp, olive oil, honey, salt, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Next, line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and spread the tossed shrimp out across the tray.
Then, air fry the shrimp at 400 for 7-8 minutes.
While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas by gently warming them over the open flame of a gas stove. If you don't have access to a gas stove, you can also just warm them in a pan.
Finally, once the shrimp are done, remove them from the oven and assemble the tacos. Line each tortilla with your guacamole, shrimp, mango avocado salsa, and cilantro.
