If Valentine's Day has you daydreaming about delicious chocolate covered strawberries, then you are going to love this simple 4 ingredient drink that tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry in a glass! Introducing my Copycat Starbucks Chocolate Covered Pink Drink, a better-for-you twist on the not-so-secret Starbucks secret menu item! This drink is made from a creamy strawberry base and is topped with a sweet, chocolatey cold foam that is so good, it'll make you want to ditch your morning coffee.
1 Blender
You already know that my Vitamix is my ride-or-die blender. It is my favorite kitchen gadget, and I use it every single day!
For the Pink Drink:
- 1 ½ Cups Strawberries you can leave the tops on!
- 1 Cup Light Coconut Milk
For the Chocolate Cold Foam:
- ¼ Cup Light Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
To make this drink, start by adding the strawberries and coconut milk to a blender. You can leave the tops on the strawberries and place them in the blender whole - just make sure they're washed thoroughly!
Blend the strawberries and coconut milk until they're smooth and creamy, then transfer the mixture to a tall glass, filled with ice.
Next, prepare the chocolate cold foam. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, and cocoa powder to a separate glass and whisk to combine. I like to use an electric whisk or milk frother to make this cold foam nice and frothy!
Once the cold foam is done, pour it over top of the pink drink. Give it a light stir, then serve and enjoy!
