Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip

If there's one recipe that you need in your back pocket, it's a delicious homemade ranch recipe. Ranch dressing is a staple in my household, and is perfect for serving alongside cut up veggies, in a wrap, on top of a salad, or even as a dip for your favorite sandwiches! This is my Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip, and it comes together with just a few, simple, high-protein ingredients for a healthier twist on the classic ranch dressing. What's not to love about that?

  • 8 Ounces Cottage Cheese
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt full-fat
  • ¼ Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions

  • To make this dip, start by adding all of the ingredients (the cottage cheese, greek yogurt, chicken broth, garlic, dried onion, dried dill, and dried parsley) to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients on high, for 20-30 seconds, until they're smooth and creamy.
  • Once the dip has come together, taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a large mason jar, then cover and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy with chips, chopped vegetables, or over salad, and enjoy!
