I love my Vitamix blender, and will always recommend it!
- 2 Overripe Bananas
- 4 Cups Milk of Choice you can also substitute water
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker milk, you can add more banana, and if you prefer it thinner, you can add more milk or water!
Serve your banana milk immediately, or store it in a mason jar in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!
