My Creamy Banana Milk is a delicious, creamy, naturally-sweetened drink that is perfect to add to your smoothies, cereal, or even your morning coffee. Don't knock it until you try it - make this simple and easy recipe and see how delicious banana milk can be!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender I love my Vitamix blender, and will always recommend it!

Ingredients

  • 2 Overripe Bananas
  • 4 Cups Milk of Choice you can also substitute water
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker milk, you can add more banana, and if you prefer it thinner, you can add more milk or water!
  • Serve your banana milk immediately, or store it in a mason jar in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!
