If you plan to prepare this corn on the grill, start by prepping the corn. Shuck and wash the corn cobs. Then, set them aside.
Next, set your grill to 450 F and grill the corn for 12-15 minutes, being sure to rotate it every few minutes, so that it cooks evenly.
While the corn is grilling, prepare the Bang Bang sauce. Add the sauce ingredients (the mayonnaise or greek yogurt, sriracha, rice vinegar, coconut aminos or soy sauce, honey, garlic, ground ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes) to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the grill and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce on top.
Garnish with the chopped chives, chopped parsley, and cotija cheese, if desired. Then, serve and enjoy!
