Say "goodbye" to spending $8 on a matcha latte from your local coffee shop. This Iced Matcha Latte recipe is simple, easy, and comes together in a matter of minutes and at a fraction of the price. It's made from just a few simple and easy ingredients - ceremonial matcha powder, hot water, honey, vanilla oat milk, and ice cubes - which means that it's perfect for whipping up in a pinch. No barista skills? No problem. This recipe is sure to become the best part of your morning ritual!

Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Matcha Powder make sure it's ceremonial grade for the best quality and flavor
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ Cup Hot Water
  • ¾ Cup Vanilla Oat Milk see this post for my homemade recipe!
  • 1 Handful Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • To make this drink, start by adding the matcha powder and honey to a glass measuring cup or bowl.
  • Next, pour the hot water into the glass cup or bowl and use a whisk to whisk everything together, until the powder fully dissolves into the water.
  • Set it aside, then add the ice cubes to a tall drinking glass, alongside the vanilla oat milk.
  • Then, pour the whisked matcha overtop the ice and milk, stirring until they're fully combined.
  • Serve the iced matcha latte immediately and enjoy! This recipe makes one drink, but can easily be doubled to make two!
