The ultimate classic cocktail with a kick, an espresso martini is the perfect drink for when you're craving the buzz of a cocktail with a boost of caffeine. This twist on the classic espresso martini is not only perfectly sweet, spicy, and creamy, but is also festive and fun for the fall season. That's right, my Easy Pumpkin Espresso Martini comes together with just a few simple and easy ingredients and is the ultimate boozy cocktail to serve during Halloween-time, or fall in general!
- 2 Ounces Vodka
- 1 Ounce Kahlua
- 1 Shot Espresso or substitute with 2 ounces of strong coffee
- 1 Ounce Vanilla Coffee Creamer dairy or non-dairy; can also substitute plain coffee creamer instead!
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
- ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
To make this drink, start by adding a big handful of ice cubes to the cocktail shaker.
Next, add in all of the cocktail ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until they're fully combined and the drink is nice and cold.
Finally, once the drink is done, pour it into a cocktail glass, top with a few espresso beans (if desired) and enjoy! This recipe makes enough for one cocktail, but can easily be doubled or tripled to make more!
