Friends, if there is one cocktail that the girlies on TikTok are loving more than ever before, it’s the espresso martini. Filled with rich, creamy espresso and a dash of vodka, the espresso martini is perfect for when you need a little pick-me-up when going out. Plus, it’s made with only a few simple ingredients, which means that it’s a simple and easy cocktail to make at-home to save the time and money that would otherwise be spent going to the bar.
But if there’s one thing that could be better than an espresso martini, it’s a Pumpkin Espresso Martini. It has all of the ingredients that you know and love about a traditional espresso martini, but includes creamy pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice for a fun and festive twist. It’s the perfect festive Fall drink, and if you are an espresso martini girly like myself, then you are absolutely going to love it!
This is the perfect boozy drink to make for Halloween parties, or any other get-togethers that you’re going to have, this season. I mean, what could be better than serving this cocktail alongside a big slice of my Pumpkin Streusel Chocolate Chip Loaf? It’s the perfect festive fall treat that will keep you wanting more!
The 6 Simple Ingredients You’ll Need to Bring This Cocktail To Life
Vodka: Of course, it wouldn’t be a martini without the vodka! Simply pick your favorite vodka and use it in this recipe.
Kahlua: Kahlua is a coffee liquor that helps make the coffee flavor of this martini more pronounced.
Espresso: After all, it wouldn’t be an espresso martini without the espresso!
Vanilla Coffee Creamer: To give this espresso martini its perfect, creamy consistency, we’ll be using vanilla coffee creamer! You can use either dairy or non-dairy coffee creamer here- both work just as well! And if you don’t have vanilla coffee creamer, plain coffee creamer also does the job.
Pumpkin Purée: Pumpkin purée is what helps take this cocktail from a traditional espresso martini, to a pumpkin one! You can find canned pumpkin purée in abundance, this time of year. And if you’re looking for more ways to use pumpkin purée, try my Chewy Peanut Butter Pumpkin Blondies!
Pumpkin Pie Spice: While you can find pumpkin pie spice in your local grocery store, you can also make your own at home! Plus, you can make a lot more for cheaper than buying the pre-made spice, which is a win in my book.
Next, add in all of the cocktail ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until they’re fully combined and the drink is nice and cold.
