Frozen Immunity Cubes

Ingredients

  • ½ Lemon chopped
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2-3 Pieces Raw Ginger
  • Cup Honey
  • 1 Orange chopped
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk optional
  • 3 Cups Water or Coconut Water

Instructions

  • Start by adding all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Next, blend until your ingredients come together and the mixture is smooth. This will take approximately 2 minutes.
  • If you want your cubes to have less texture, transfer your mixture into a cheese cloth and strain the mixture over a bowl, until all of the clumps are removed. If you don't mind the texture, you can skip this step!
  • Finally, transfer the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Once done, serve as desired, and enjoy!
