There is nothing more delicious during the holiday season than a creamy glass of eggnog... except, when that eggnog is mixed with coffee. My Healthy Dairy-Free Holiday Nog Creamer is a delicious, creamy, dairy-free twist on the classic eggnog, but is also made to be mixed with coffee. It comes together with just 5 simple ingredients, and is also free from refined sugars!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dairy-Free Half & Half or use regular half & half, if desired!
  • ½ Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar or Coconut Sugar

Instructions

  • Making this Holiday Nog is so simple and easy, and it comes together in only two steps! First, start by adding all of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Then, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Once it's done, transfer it to a jar and store it in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Use it in your favorite coffee and espresso drinks, or enjoy it on its own, if you desire!
