There is nothing more delicious during the holiday season than a creamy glass of eggnog... except, when that eggnog is mixed with coffee. My Healthy Dairy-Free Holiday Nog Creamer is a delicious, creamy, dairy-free twist on the classic eggnog, but is also made to be mixed with coffee. It comes together with just 5 simple ingredients, and is also free from refined sugars!
- 1 Cup Dairy-Free Half & Half or use regular half & half, if desired!
- ½ Teaspoon Cardamom
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar or Coconut Sugar
Making this Holiday Nog is so simple and easy, and it comes together in only two steps! First, start by adding all of the ingredients to a blender.
Then, blend until smooth and creamy.
Once it's done, transfer it to a jar and store it in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Use it in your favorite coffee and espresso drinks, or enjoy it on its own, if you desire!
