A delicious holiday cocktail made with fruit-forward ice cubes? Sign me up! This Holiday Pomegranate Mimosa is a sweet and delicious twist on a traditional mimosa that is perfect for the holiday season. It's made with a little Prosecco and the help of delicious Pomegranate ice cubes, so your drink stays cold without being watery!

  • Prosecco to taste

Instructions

  • To make this cocktail, start by preparing your pomegranate ice cubes according to this recipe: add fresh cranberries, chopped oranges, fresh rosemary, and pomegranate juice to an ice cube tray and freeze until solidified (overnight).
  • Next, divide the ice cubes amongst your cocktail glasses.
  • Top off with your desired amount of Prosecco, then serve and enjoy! This recipe makes approximately 4 cocktails.
