I'm going to come out and say it: this may be your new favorite salad dressing, dip, and sauce, all in one. That's right, my Honey Chipotle Dressing is so much more than just a delicious salad dressing. In fact, I love dipping fresh veggies into it, cooking my favorite proteins in it, and, of course, drizzling it over a crisp, delicious salad. This recipe is also gluten-free, dairy-free optional, and free of refined sugars, so what are you waiting for?! Run, don't walk, to your kitchen and go make this dressing

Equipment

  • 1 Blender I love my Vitamix blender, and will always recommend it!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt or substitute your favorite plant-based yogurt to keep it dairy-free!
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper in adobo sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Cup Water this is optional; use it if your yogurt is especially thick!

Instructions

  • Start by adding all of your dressing ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Once the ingredients are fully combined, stop the blender and check the consistency of your dressing. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add more yogurt. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more water.
  • Blend until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Once your dressing is done, transfer it to a covered container and store it in the fridge for up to one week. Use it on your favorite salads, vegetables, or proteins, and enjoy!
