PEANUT BUTTER PECAN LATTE

Ingredients

  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp salted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, HOT!
  • ¾ cup non dairy milk of choice, warm/hot

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  • Blend for about one minute, until completely smooth.
  • Pour into two separate mugs.
  • Top with chopped salted peanuts and cacao powder.
