Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil you can also use avocado oil, if you prefer

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven, on the broil setting, on high.
  • Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your salmon filets on top of it.
  • Pour your oil on top of the salmon filets and rub until they are generously coated in the oil.
  • Then, add your seasonings and rub them into the salmon filets.
  • Once your salmon filets are seasoned, place them into the oven, on the bottom rack. If your oven only has one broil setting (like mine does), then place them onto the middle rack. Broil for 8-9 minutes.
  • Once they're done, remove them from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
