To make these turkey burgers, start by adding all of the burger ingredients to a large bowl: the ground turkey, egg, garlic, soy sauce or coconut aminos, chopped parsley, paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Use your hands to mix them together, until they're fully combined.
Next, preheat your oven to 350 F.
Grab a 9x13 baking dish and press the turkey mixture into an even layer, at the bottom of the pan.
Then, transfer the pan to the oven and bake the turkey for 20 minutes. Once the turkey is done, remove it from the oven, drain the liquid from it, and set it aside.
Next, prepare the sliders. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Slice the bread rolls in half, keeping them in two long sheets. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the baking sheet.
Then, remove the turkey burger patty from the baking dish and place it on top of the sliced roll.
Slice the tomato and add it on top, followed by the guacamole and cheddar cheese. Then, place the top half of the buns on top.
Brush the tops of the buns with some melted butter and sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds, if desired.
Finally, place the sliders back into the oven for 10 minutes, until the buns are toasted and the cheese is melted.
Once they're done, remove them from the oven. Allow them to cool slightly, then slice them into individual sliders. Then, serve and enjoy!
