Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Your pumpkin spice cravings just got even better... introducing my Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, aka everything that you know and love about pumpkin pie, rolled into one delicious and nutritious smoothie! This has been my go-to smoothie after workouts, or for those moments where I want something sweet, yet still healthy. If you love pumpkin spice and my killer smoothie recipes, then you're going to go nuts for this one!

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas cut into coins
  • ¾ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice if you don't have any, you can make your own!
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Dairy-Free Milk

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend, pausing to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses, top with whipped cream and cinnamon (if desired), serve, and enjoy!
