1 Blender
You already know that my Vitamix is my ride-or-die blender. It is my favorite kitchen gadget, and I use it every single day!
- 1 28 oz can Whole, Peeled Tomatoes with the juices; you can also use 6 fresh Roma tomatoes, quartered, if you prefer fresh tomatoes.
- ½ Bunch Cilantro
- ½ Red Onion roughly chopped
- 3 Jalapeños roughly chopped + seeds removed
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin optional, but highly recommended
Add all of your ingredients to a blender and pulse for 20-30 seconds, until the ingredients are fully combined and the salsa is smooth with some texture.
Once your salsa is done, transfer it to a bowl, serve with your favorite tortilla chips, and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to one week.
