TWO-INGREDIENT CHERRY CHIA JAM

of frozen cherries
chia seeds (you can use fresh cherries, but you need to remove the pits)
Place the cherries and chia seeds in a small pot over low / medium heat, stirring constantly and mashing the cherries.
After about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes. The chia will gel and the jam thickens!
Store any extra in the fridge for up to one week.
