MAPLE SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER CUPS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic Sun Butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • dairy free chocolate to sprinkle on top
  • hemp seeds to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  • Line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
  • Mix together the Sun Butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Pour mixture into the cups, about 1/2 full.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate and hemp seeds on top and place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  • Keep these covered and stored in the freezer. Enjoy! XO
