Preheat oven to 375.
Line a muffin pan with 12 liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, ghee/butter, coconut milk, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
In another bowl, mix together the coconut flour, collagen, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet, and stir together, folding in the blueberries last.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 28-30 minutes.
