MAPLE CARAMEL BUCKEYE

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Georgia Grinders maple caramel almond butter (12 oz)
  • 1/4 cup The Maple Guild maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup  almond flour
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips 

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. I like to use a hand beater to make sure everything creams together well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment and form balls.
  • Freeze for one hour.
  • Remove from freezer.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
  • Dip each ball, 2/3 of the way. place back on parchment paper. 
  • Repeat.
  • Freeze for 30 min. EAT. XO
