1jarGeorgia Grinders maple caramel almond butter (12 oz)
1/4cupThe Maple Guild maple syrup
1/4cupmelted coconut oil
1/2cup almond flour
splash of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 1/2cupsEnjoy Life Foods chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. I like to use a hand beater to make sure everything creams together well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and form balls.
Freeze for one hour.
Remove from freezer.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Dip each ball, 2/3 of the way. place back on parchment paper.
Repeat.
Freeze for 30 min. EAT. XO
