Spicy Skinny Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients

  • 24 Slices Cucumber cut extra thin
  • 12 Slices Jalapeño seeds removed⁣
  • 6 Ounces Fresh Lime Juice
  • 9 Ounces Tequila
  • 2 Ounces Cointreau
  • 3 Ounces Monk fruit Sweetener or substitute agave

Instructions

  • To make this drink, start by preparing the glass. Rub a lime wedge alongside the edge of a margarita glass.
  • Pour the Tajin into a small bowl. Rub the glass into the bowl until the rim of the glass is covered in the Tajin. Set it aside.
  • ⁣Next, prepare the Cucumber Margarita. Add the cucumber and jalapeño slices to the bottom of a pitcher and muddle them well.
  • Then, add the fresh lime juice, Tequila, Cointreau, and monk fruit sweetener or agave to the pitcher.
  • Stir the ingredients well, to fully combine, then add in the ice.
  • Strain the margarita mixture and divide it amongst four glasses. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge, then serve and enjoy!
