If a crisp and refreshing margarita is calling your name, then you will love this Spicy Skinny Cucumber Margarita. Whether you're pairing it alongside your favorite tacos, or simply enjoying it outside on a warm summer day, this margarita takes on a light and refreshing twist that is a little spicy, a little boozy, and overall delicious!
- 24 Slices Cucumber cut extra thin
- 12 Slices Jalapeño seeds removed
- 6 Ounces Fresh Lime Juice
- 9 Ounces Tequila
- 2 Ounces Cointreau
- 3 Ounces Monk fruit Sweetener or substitute agave
To make this drink, start by preparing the glass. Rub a lime wedge alongside the edge of a margarita glass.
Pour the Tajin into a small bowl. Rub the glass into the bowl until the rim of the glass is covered in the Tajin. Set it aside.
Next, prepare the Cucumber Margarita. Add the cucumber and jalapeño slices to the bottom of a pitcher and muddle them well.
Then, add the fresh lime juice, Tequila, Cointreau, and monk fruit sweetener or agave to the pitcher.
Stir the ingredients well, to fully combine, then add in the ice.
Strain the margarita mixture and divide it amongst four glasses. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge, then serve and enjoy!
