Ingredients

For the Dip:

  • 8 Ounces Feta Cheese Be sure to use a high-quality feta cheese that comes packaged in the brine. Just drain the brine first, before using!
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced + zested
  • 2 Tablespoons Water plus more to thin, as needed
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste

For Garnishing:

  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ Cup Strawberries stems removed and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions

  • Start by adding all of your dip ingredients to the base of a food processor and process until smooth. You may need to stop the processor and break down the feta manually, before processing again. Repeat this process until your dip is as smooth as possible!
  • Next, while your dip is processing, prepare your garnishes by washing and chopping your tomatoes and strawberries, and chopping your dill. Set aside.
  • Transfer your feta dip to a plate and top with the tomatoes, strawberries, dill, a drizzle of fresh olive oil, and some more sea salt and black pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
