4OuncesCream Cheese
¼CupGreek Yogurt
1-2ClovesGarlic
2TablespoonsHoney
¼CupOlive Oil
1Lemonjuiced + zested
2TablespoonsWaterplus more to thin, as needed
Sea Salt & Black Pepperto taste
For Garnishing:
1CupCherry Tomatoeshalved
½CupStrawberriesstems removed and chopped into small pieces
1SprigFresh Dillchopped
Instructions
Start by adding all of your dip ingredients to the base of a food processor and process until smooth. You may need to stop the processor and break down the feta manually, before processing again. Repeat this process until your dip is as smooth as possible!
Next, while your dip is processing, prepare your garnishes by washing and chopping your tomatoes and strawberries, and chopping your dill. Set aside.
Transfer your feta dip to a plate and top with the tomatoes, strawberries, dill, a drizzle of fresh olive oil, and some more sea salt and black pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
