This Tahini Freezer Fudge is creamy, dreamy, chocolate-y, and the perfect healthy treat! If a quick, healthy, delicious square of fudge is what you're craving, then look no further, because this is the fudge of your DREAMS. This recipe has a permanent home in my freezer, and utilizes one of my all-time favorite ingredients: tahini!
- 1 Cup Tahini
- ½ Cup Refined Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¾ Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
- Flaky Salt for garnishing
Grease a 9x4 loaf pan and line it with parchmenet paper, so that the fudge lifts out easily. You can also use an 8x8 square dish, for thinner fudge.
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until you have a thick paste. You might need to open the cover and scrape down the sides a few times, to make sure everything is well-incorporated.
Remove the blade from the food processor and stir in the chocolate chips, mixing well with a spoon.
Transfer the mixture to the pan, pressing down flat. Make sure it’s evenly spread out. Add a few extra chocolate chips on top if desired (I always do!)
Freeze for at least one hour, or overnight.
Remove from freezer, cut into squares, top with flaky salt and enjoy!
