This Tahini Freezer Fudge is creamy, dreamy, chocolate-y, and the perfect healthy treat! If a quick, healthy, delicious square of fudge is what you're craving, then look no further, because this is the fudge of your DREAMS. This recipe has a permanent home in my freezer, and utilizes one of my all-time favorite ingredients: tahini!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Tahini
  • ½ Cup Refined Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
  • Flaky Salt for garnishing

Instructions

  • Grease a 9x4 loaf pan and line it with parchmenet paper, so that the fudge lifts out easily. You can also use an 8x8 square dish, for thinner fudge.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until you have a thick paste. You might need to open the cover and scrape down the sides a few times, to make sure everything is well-incorporated.
  • Remove the blade from the food processor and stir in the chocolate chips, mixing well with a spoon.
  • Transfer the mixture to the pan, pressing down flat. Make sure it’s evenly spread out. Add a few extra chocolate chips on top if desired (I always do!)
  • Freeze for at least one hour, or overnight.
  • Remove from freezer, cut into squares, top with flaky salt and enjoy!
