If you love a creamy and delicious cup of morning coffee, then this tahini chocolate chip latte may just become your go-to! Think of it as a rich mocha, mixed with the slightly-salty taste of tahini, for an extra-creamy drink that can't be beat.
- 1 cup coffee, hot
- ⅔ cup non dairy milk of choice, hot
- ⅓ cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients, and blend for 1-2 minutes, until the latte is completely smooth.
Sprinkle with extra cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
