Move over haters-- whether you like it or not, pasta chips are here to STAY. These fun, crispy "chips" are arguably the most exciting way to eat pasta, and satisfy your snack cravings. I am obsessed with how fun and delicious these are, and I know you will be, too. After all, my pasta chips videos have received over 3 million views on Tik Tok alone... and have been featured in the New York PostMashedHITC, and Well + Good. Oh yeah, they're THAT good.

Ingredients

  • 1 Standard 12-oz Package Pasta cooked according to instructions
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Start by boiling your pasta of choice until it's al dente. Drain the water, and set aside.
  • Coat your pasta in the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese and toss until well-coated.
  • Place the pasta in an air fryer and air fry at 400 F for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce, and enjoy!
