First, decide whether you want to make these bagel bites in an air fryer or in an oven. Both turn out equally as well, though an air fryer is quicker! If using an air fryer, move onto the next step. But if using an oven, preheat your oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, set aside.
Next, in a large bowl, mix together your gluten-free flour and yogurt until a dough forms. It will be on the stickier side, but that is okay!
Grease your hands using a little bit of oil, so that the dough doesn’t stick to them, then use a spoon to scoop out a small spoonful of dough.
Roll it in your hands until it forms a ball, then coat it in the everything but the bagel seasoning, if desired.
Repeat until all of the dough has been rolled into balls!
Finally, place your bagel bites into your air fryer basket, or line them up on your baking sheet.
If using an air fryer, cook them at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. if using the oven, bake them for 16-18 minutes.
Once done, let cool, and enjoy!
