    CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP BIRTHDAY COOKIES - INGREDIENTS1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon gluten free flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill)⁣⁣1/4 cup maple syrup1 cup creamy peanut butter⁣⁣ (make sure it’s liquidy)1/4 cup coconut oil, melted1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣⁣1 large egg⁣⁣1/4 cup natural sprinkles⁣⁣3/4 cup chocolate chips⁣⁣1 teaspoon baking powder⁣⁣1/2 teaspoon sea salt⁣⁣

    CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP BIRTHDAY COOKIES

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon gluten free flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill)⁣⁣
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter⁣⁣ (make sure it’s liquidy)
    • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
    • 1 large egg⁣⁣
    • ¼ cup natural sprinkles⁣⁣
    • ¾ cup chocolate chips⁣⁣
    • 1 tsp baking powder⁣⁣
    • ½ tsp sea salt⁣⁣

    Instructions 

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and the egg. Next add the sprinkles, chocolate chips, baking powder, and sea salt.
    3. Do not over mix the batter.
    4. Then, using a cookie scoop, form 12-14 bites.
    5. Bake for 8-9 minutes (they will look soft still).
    6. Remove from oven, try to let cool even though—I know you won’t, I didn’t!

      I can’t stop making these! As someone who loves sprinkles these are the perfect balance/ratio! I love that it only requires a small number of ingredients and comes together so quickly. I’ve doubled the batch and stuck some in the freezer too. Thanks for my new favorite go to cookie recipe!
