    DELICATA SQUASH FRIES

    • Dairy Free
    • Gluten Free
    • Grain Free
    • Nut Free
    • Paleo Friendly

    Ingredients

    • 1 delicata squash
    • avocado oil spray
    • salt + pepper

    Instructions 

    1. If you have an air fryer: Slice one large Delicata squash into 1/2 inch thick slices.
    2. Scoop out the inside (I use a round cookie cutter).
    3. Spray with avocado oil spray.
    4. Set at 400 for 13-15 minutes, shaking the basket half way through.
    5. If you don't have an air fryer: Roast in the oven at 400 for 20-25, flipping once.
    6. I then lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and served with ketchup!
