    MAPLE SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER CUPS - INGREDIENTS1 cup organic Sun Butter2 tb maple syrup1/2 tsp cinnamon4 tb coconut oil, melteddairy free chocolate to sprinkle on tophemp seeds to sprinkle on top

    These cups are gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan, nut free, and no bake. I think I covered all the bases, yes?

    MAPLE SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER CUPS

    Servings: 8 cups
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup organic Sun Butter
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • ½ tsp cinnamon
    • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • dairy free chocolate to sprinkle on top
    • hemp seeds to sprinkle on top

    Instructions 

    1. Line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
    2. Mix together the Sun Butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl.
    3. Pour mixture into the cups, about 1/2 full.
    4. Sprinkle the chocolate and hemp seeds on top and place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
    5. Keep these covered and stored in the freezer. Enjoy! XO
