PALEO CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! Make these cookies!

Servings: cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Then fold in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to form 10 cookies. Make sure to spread them out because the dough spreads in the oven.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake 12-13 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool. They will flatten out some more and get a little more crunchy!

I LOVED these cookies, they were simple and delicious! I substituted almond butter for peanut butter because I did not have any almond on hand. Peanut butter adds another layer of deliciousness to these cookies! This is now my go to chocolate chip cookie recipe!! ♥️
