
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 egg or flax egg (1 tb ground flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using a flax seed, make it in a small bowl and set aside to thicken.
- In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
- Mix well and then fold in the chocolate chips, followed by the egg/flax egg.
- Form 12-16 cookies and bake for 10-11 minutes.
- They will be nice and soft with a crunchy outside. Hope you guys love these as much as i do!
