If you loved my take on Marianna Hewitt’s famous Erewhon Coconut Cloud Smoothie, then you are going to fall head-over-heels for this recipe! My Raspberry Coconut Cloud Smoothie is a bright, vibrant twist on TikTok’s favorite smoothie, but made perfect for the summer time! It’s gluten-free, vegan-friendly, refined sugar-free, and perfectly refreshing and delicious.

Friends, did you ever see that GORGEOUS, bright blue smoothie that was floating around TikTok a few months ago?! That smoothie was a collaboration between Marianna Hewitt, founder of skincare brand Summer Fridays, and Erewhon, aka the best healthy grocery store in the world. If you’ve never been to Erewhon then you need to go ASAP, because they are truly the holy grail of all health food stores. While they have every fun health food item you could ever want, they also have a killer hot bar and the most delicious smoothies known to man. Seriously.
But while their smoothies are absolutely delicious, they will also run you anywhere from $15-$20 each, making them… well, a luxury food item. Because I don’t visit my hometown of LA often, I always make a habit to stop at Erewhon and grab one when I’m in town. It’s a vacation treat! But when it comes to everyday life, we don’t need to be spending nearly $20 for a smoothie. That’s where I’ve got you covered. 😉
This smoothie uses all of the same ingredients that you can find behind Erewhon’s smoothie bar, but at a fraction of the price. Plus, with these ingredients, you can make several smoothies for the price of one. And I don’t know about you, but that sounds like a much better deal to me.
But deals aside, this smoothie is so delicious. It’s the perfect mix of creamy coconut, tart raspberries, and sweet bananas that truly tastes like summer in a glass! And, not to mention, it is packed with GUT-HEALTHY ingredients, so it feels just as good as it tastes!

A Smoothie That Looks Good, Tastes Good, AND is Good For You!
This smoothie is the true triple threat: it looks good, tastes good, and is good for you. In fact, it is not only a healthy smoothie, but it is a GUT-HEALTHY smoothie!
I am so excited to share this recipe with you, in partnership with Seed, the maker of the amazing DS-01™ Daily Synbiotic, which is a huge part of my life, and their new PDS-08™Pediatric Daily Synbiotic, which is now a huge part of my boys’ lives. Needless to say, Seed is a company that we can ALL get behind, in my family, and I love that they make products that we can all enjoy! What You Need to Make This Gut-Healthy Smoothie
As I mentioned earlier, this smoothie was crafted with your gut-health in mind. In this recipe, we’ll be using the following gut-healthy ingredients:
- Raspberries: All berries (but especially strawberries and raspberries) are rich in polyphenols… also known as antioxidants.
- Coconut Cream: Coconuts are full of so many benefits! They are known for their Medium Chain Fatty Acids (aka MCFA’s), which help us to metabolize glucose and act as a reliable source of energy for us. Woohoo!
- Almond Milk: Almonds, particularly almond milk, is a staple in my household because it helps to lower cholesterol levels and increase Vitamin E. Plus, they’re also rich in phytosterols (aka plant compounds) that benefit our overall health in a number of ways.
- Rolled Oats: Did you know that oats are a prebiotic food?! It’s true! They help to feed specific, good bacteria in our gut, and can be thought of as nature’s prebiotic. Plus, they’re also high in soluble fiber, which helps us to maintain regular bowel movements.
- Bananas: Bananas truly are a superfood! They are high in antioxidants, fiber, potassium, magnesium, and zinc, and are a rich source of important phytochemicals.
In addition to the ingredients above, we’ll also be using these other healthy ingredients:
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Ginger: These spices add the perfect flavor to this smoothie!
- Vanilla Extract: If you’ve made any of my smoothie recipes before, then you’ll know that I love to add vanilla extract to my smoothies. Don’t knock it until you try it – it’s so good!

How to Make This Creamy, Dreamy, Cloud-Like Smoothie
Making this smoothie truly could not be any easier! Simply start by adding all of your smoothie ingredients (minus the coconut cream) to a high-speed blender like a Vitamix, and blend until smooth.
Next, place your coconut cream into a tall glass and use a spoon to spread it up the sides of the glass. This will create the cloud-like effect!
Pour the smoothie into the glass, and top with another dollop of coconut cream and chopped raspberries, if desired.
Serve and enjoy! This recipe yields one large smoothie, so double the ingredients if making it for two!
