I’ve made some other cookie dough recipes with chickpeas but this one has been, by far, the best! I used walnut butter instead of tahini (I just don’t care for the flavor) and oh my dang goodness. SO GOOD. Hit the spot for something sweet plus who can say no to getting in some extra protein?

Had an evening sweet tooth and wanted something quick and bake free… and my goodness these hit the spot! I subbed the tahini for organic runny peanut butter (only because i don’t have tahini in my cabinet), and loved that there’s collagen in it too! I’m adding this to my list of favorites!
