Ingredients
- 1 package Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 Vital Farms eggs
- ⅓ cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups organic strawberries
- 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Rub a 10 inch round pan with avocado oil.
- Wash strawberries, cut into quarters, and place in a bowl.
- Add arrowroot and coconut sugar and mix well.
- Pour strawberries into the pan.
- In the same bowl, prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour batter over the strawberries and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before flipping it over.
