    STRAWBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE - INGREDIENTS 1 package Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix3 Vital Farms eggs1/3 cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil1 tsp vanilla extract3 cups organic strawberries2 tb arrowroot flour1/4 cup coconut sugar

    Stepping into the weekend with this quick and easy gluten free Strawberry Upside Down Cake, because it’s strawberry season and why. the. heck. not. Here’s how:

    STRAWBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

    Ingredients

    • 1 package Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix
    • 3 Vital Farms eggs
    • ⅓ cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
    • 1 tsp  vanilla extract
    • 3 cups organic strawberries
    • 2 tbsp  arrowroot flour
    • ¼ cup coconut sugar

    Instructions 

    1. Preheat oven to 350. 
    2. Rub a 10 inch round pan with avocado oil. 
    3. Wash strawberries, cut into quarters, and place in a bowl. 
    4. Add arrowroot and coconut sugar and mix well. 
    5. Pour strawberries into the pan. 
    6. In the same bowl, prepare cake mix according to package instructions. 
    7. Pour batter over the strawberries and bake for 35 minutes. 
    8. Remove from the oven and let cool before flipping it over. 
    9. Get ready for a perfectly lightly sweet, ooey gooey yummy cake, you’re welcome!
