    STRAWBERRY WALNUT COBBLER - INGREDIENTS1 cup almond flour⁣1 12 oz package frozen strawberries (about 2 cups)⁣2 tablespoons arrowroot flour (or tapioca flour or cornstarch)⁣1/4 cup coconut sugar⁣1 teaspoon cinnamon⁣1 egg⁣1/4 cup coconut oil, melted⁣1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣1 teaspoon baking powder⁣1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped⁣1/2 teaspoon sea salt⁣

    STRAWBERRY WALNUT COBBLER

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup almond flour⁣
    • 1 12 oz package frozen strawberries (about 2 cups)⁣
    • 1 tbsp arrowroot flour (or tapioca flour or cornstarch)⁣
    • ¼ cup coconut sugar⁣
    • 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
    • 1 egg⁣
    • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted⁣
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
    • 1 tsp baking powder⁣
    • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped⁣
    • ½ tsp sea salt⁣

    Instructions 

    1. Preheat oven to 375. 
    2. Line an 8×8 or 9×12 baking dish with parchment paper (grease the inside of the pan first, so that the paper sticks). 
    3. In a medium bowl, add the strawberries, arrowroot flour, about half of the coconut sugar, and the cinnamon.
    4. Transfer the strawberry mixture to the baking dish. 
    5. In the same bowl, mix together the almond flour, remaining coconut sugar, and baking powder. 
    6. Next, add the egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. 
    7. Whisk everything until fully incorporated. 
    8. Add chopped walnuts.
    9. Use a spoon and scoop about two tablespoons of the dough at a time, and place on top of the strawberries.
    10. Repeat until all of the dough is gone.
    11. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 
    12. At the 25 minute mark, place foil on top to prevent too much browning!
    13. Enjoy!
