Servings:
Ingredients
- ¼ cup oat flour
- ½ of a ripe banana
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk (I use almond)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 squares chocolate (I used 3 squares of a Hu Kitchen bar) but 3 tablespoons chocolate chips will work too.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a ramekin well. If you don’t have one, just use an oven safe bowl.
- In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except for the chocolate squares.
- Pulse/ blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides so the batter is smooth.
- Pour into the ramekin or bowl.
- Drop the chocolate squares/chips into the center.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes. The top should be just set, but not fully cooked—gooey!!
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and dig in!!!!!

This looks delicious. For nut allergies what can I substitute for almond flour and almond milk.
Those are great substitutes, Maddie! Thank you so much for your review!
