    Ingredients

    • 4 fresh peaches, cut into slices (if using frozen peaches, use one 12 oz bag and you need 1 tablespoon arrowroot or corn starch or tapioca flour)⁣
    • ¾ cup gluten free flour (or regular flour)⁣
    • ½ cup coconut sugar⁣
    • 1 tsp baking powder⁣
    • ¼ cup vegan butter or regular butter, melted⁣
    • 1 tsp sea salt⁣
    • ice cream to top⁣

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Slice your peaches and add them to a deep pie dish or 8 x 8 baking dish.
    3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the coconut sugar on top and give it a quick toss. NOTE, if you are using frozen peaches, toss the peaches in the arrowroot/corn starch / tapioca flour first, to prevent the peaches from getting too liquidy and creating a thick sauce, then sprinkle the coconut sugar on top.
    4. In another bowl, add the flour, remaining 1/4 cup coconut sugar, baking powder, melted butter, and sea salt.
    5. Mix together until a dough forms.
    6. Add spoonfuls on top of the peaches.
    7. Bake for 30 minutes.
    8. Top with ice cream and enjoyyyyyyyy!!!
