Ingredients
- 1 large apple, sliced
- ¼ cup gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg, whisked
- 3 gluten free graham cracker sheets, crushed
Instructions
- Add the flour to one small bowl.
- Add the egg to another bowl and whisk well.
- Add the coconut sugar and crushed graham crackers to a third bowl and mix together well.
- Dip each apple slice first in the flour, then into the egg, and then into the graham cracker mixture, making sure to coat both sides well.
- Line up the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Turn heat to 375 and air fry for five minutes.
- Open and flip to the other side and air fry for another two minutes.
