    FLUFFY BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES - INGREDIENTS3/4 cup oat flour2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder2 teaspoons coconut oil3/4 cup almond milk1 ripe banana1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

    FLUFFY BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

    Ingredients

    • ¾ cup oat flour
    • 2 tbsp  cacao or cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp coconut oil
    • ¾ cup almond milk
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips

    Instructions 

    1. Grab your blender! 
    2. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. 
    3. Blend for 30-45 seconds until just incorporated. 
    4. Transfer to a bowl. 
    5. Fold in the chocolate chips. 
    6. Allow batter to set for about 3-4 minutes so the batter thickens slightly. 
    7. Spray cooking pan with spray and spoon about two tablespoons batter, forming pancakes. 
    8. I usually do 2-3 pancakes at a time so I don’t overcrowd they pan. 
    9. Once the pancakes start bubbling (about 2 minutes in), flip to the other side for another minute, then transfer to a plate. 
    10. Repeat until all the batter is used and add toppings!
    11. Enjoy!
