Ingredients
- ¾ cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grab your blender!
- Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
- Blend for 30-45 seconds until just incorporated.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Allow batter to set for about 3-4 minutes so the batter thickens slightly.
- Spray cooking pan with spray and spoon about two tablespoons batter, forming pancakes.
- I usually do 2-3 pancakes at a time so I don’t overcrowd they pan.
- Once the pancakes start bubbling (about 2 minutes in), flip to the other side for another minute, then transfer to a plate.
- Repeat until all the batter is used and add toppings!
