

Ingredients
- 2 sprouted whole grain tortillas
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface.
- Using a knife, spread peanut butter evenly onto each tortilla. Slice banana into very thin coins.
- Layer them onto HALF of each tortilla.
- Next sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the bananas.
- Now fold each tortilla in half.
- Place non stick skillet on low/medium heat.
- Place one or both quesadillas in the pan.
- Let sit for about 3 min, then flip to the other for another 3 min.Enjoy!!!!!!
