    PALEO MUG BROWNIE CAKE - 4 tb almond flour 2 tb cacao powder2 tb coconut sugar1 egg2 tb almond milkpinch of saltdairy free chocolate chips

    PALEO MUG BROWNIE CAKE

    Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp almond flour 
    • 2 tbsp cacao powder
    • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp almond milk
    • pinch of salt
    • dairy free chocolate chips

    Instructions 

    1. Grab a big mug! 
    2. Whisk together the dry ingredients. 
    3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk. 
    4. Pour liquid mixture into the mug and mix until fully incorporated. 
    5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 
    6. Microwave for 90 seconds.
    7. Add more chocolate chips, some more almond milk on top, and enjoy!!!

      I made this recipe and it was perfect!
      Rather than microwave, I baked it in the oven for 15 min at 350, per the recommendation in another recipe of @kalejunkie. I would use this exact recipe for a dinner party. Prep the ramikens ahead of time and then pop them in the oven right before serving. Thank you!
