
Ingredients
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- ⅓ cup pecans
- 1 tbsp salted peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup brewed coffee, HOT!
- ¾ cup non dairy milk of choice, warm/hot
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
- Blend for about one minute, until completely smooth.
- Pour into two separate mugs.
- Top with chopped salted peanuts and cacao powder.

I’m working my way through all your latte recipes and really liked this different combo idea! I can’t have legumes right now so I used Trader Joe’s mixed nut butter which has an amazing, slightly sweet nutty flavor that works beautifully with the pecans. I like to really taste my coffee so only used roughly half the amount of milk, pecans, etc. but the full cup of coffee. Turned out amazing!!
