If you love a creamy and delicious cup of morning coffee, then this tahini chocolate chip latte may just become your go-to! Think of it as a rich mocha, mixed with the slightly-salty taste of tahini, for an extra-creamy drink that can't be beat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee, hot 
  • cup non dairy milk of choice, hot
  • cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients, and blend for 1-2 minutes, until the latte is completely smooth. 
  • Sprinkle with extra cocoa powder on top and enjoy!

    This is the best dang homemade hot latte I have ever made and healthy too! Always my go -to when I’m feeling extra or want something cozier and heavier than my regular cup of Joe! Please treat yourself, you will be so glad you did!!

    I have no words for how perfect and easy this is!! I soaked my cashews and dates in hot water for about 15 minutes to help them blend easier, especially since I keep my dates in the fridge. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top too!
