Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee, hot
- ⅔ cup non dairy milk of choice, hot
- ⅓ cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients, and blend for 1-2 minutes, until the latte is completely smooth.
- Sprinkle with extra cocoa powder on top and enjoy!

I have no words for how perfect and easy this is!! I soaked my cashews and dates in hot water for about 15 minutes to help them blend easier, especially since I keep my dates in the fridge. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top too!
