
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup almond milk
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until nice and smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides so the pudding is nice and creamy!
- You can adjust consistency and taste by adding more almond milk, maple syrup, etc.
- Add any toppings.
- Enjoy!

I hosted a st. Patrick’s day dinner and served this pudding in ramekins for dessert with a mashed Oreo crust and topped with crumbled graham crackers. I didn’t add any festive green so I said it was the avocado! Everyone loved the taste. I will be making this again.
