Welcome to the magical world of the MAPLE CARAMEL BUCKEYE. Or bullseye? I’m a first time buckeye maker over here, and I don’t know what I was waiting for because these bad boys are balls of heaven! So go make them stat.

Ingredients

- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup almond flour
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt

- Line a baking sheet with parchment and form balls.
- Freeze for one hour.
- Remove from freezer.
- Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
- Dip each ball, 2/3 of the way. place back on parchment paper.
- Repeat.
- Freeze for 30 min. EAT. XO

Hello,
Do you mix the almond flour in with almond butter, maple syrup, etc. It does not say what step to mix it in. I was assuming then, but didn’t want to mess up. P.S. I love all of your recipes. I try to make 1 a week. Have all turned out really well so far. Thank you.
