Welcome to the magical world of the MAPLE CARAMEL BUCKEYE. Or bullseye? I’m a first time buckeye maker over here, and I don’t know what I was waiting for because these bad boys are balls of heaven! So go make them stat.
- 1 jar Georgia Grinders maple caramel almond butter (12 oz)
- ¼ cup The Maple Guild maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup almond flour
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cups Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. I like to use a hand beater to make sure everything creams together well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and form balls.
Freeze for one hour.
Remove from freezer.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Dip each ball, 2/3 of the way. place back on parchment paper.
Repeat.
Freeze for 30 min. EAT. XO

Hello,
Do you mix the almond flour in with almond butter, maple syrup, etc. It does not say what step to mix it in. I was assuming then, but didn’t want to mess up. P.S. I love all of your recipes. I try to make 1 a week. Have all turned out really well so far. Thank you.
