    PEANUT BUTTER CUP MUG CAKE - INGREDIENTS5 tablespoons almond flour2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted1 pasture raised egg, whisked 2 tablespoons cacao powder1/2 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoons maple syrup4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (the MINI size peanut butter cups)

    PEANUT BUTTER CUP MUG CAKE

    Ingredients

    • 5 tbsp almond flour
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • 1 pasture raised egg, whisked 
    • 2 tbsp cacao powder
    • ¾ tsp baking powder
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (the MINI size peanut butter cups)

    Instructions 

    1. In a large mug, whisk the egg well. 
    2. Add remaining ingredients, except the chopped peanut butter cups. 
    3. Whisk until smooth. 
    4. Add chopped peanut butter cups on top. 
    5. Microwave for 1.5 minutes. or, bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 
    6. I always enjoy mine with almond milk poured on top as soon as it comes out of the oven. 
    7. Enjoy!
