Ingredients
- 5 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 pasture raised egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (the MINI size peanut butter cups)
Instructions
- In a large mug, whisk the egg well.
- Add remaining ingredients, except the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add chopped peanut butter cups on top.
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes. or, bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- I always enjoy mine with almond milk poured on top as soon as it comes out of the oven.
