Pineapple Apple Bake

 August 15, 2020

My latest obsession is everything pineapple, so I created this easy Pineapple Oatmeal Bake for you guys! As you can see from the ingredient list and instructions, this is super easy to make. And oatmeal is a great way to start the day and keep you full for hours…especially with the addition of the ground flaxseed which I added to this recipe for that very reason!

You can use fresh or frozen pineapple, but diced canned pineapple works well too. You will see that I also added freeze dried pineapples from the brand Bare Snacks, just to add lots of crunch, but it’s just an optional ingredient and not necessary to make this recipe! If you are interested in them, you can find on Amazon!

Hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I enjoyed creating it, and as always, feel free to leave me any comments below, and feel free to share my recipes with your friends and loved ones, it makes me so happy!
