
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Place a small sauce pan on the stove.
- Add 1 cup raspberries, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional), and 2 tablespoons chia seeds.
- Turn on heat to low, and mix everything together, mashing the raspberries to your liking.
- Continue stirring for approximately 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let sit for 5 more minutes to thicken.
