    RASPBERRY CHIA JAM - INGREDIENT1 cup raspberries 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)2 tbsp chia seeds.

    RASPBERRY CHIA JAM

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup raspberries 
    • 1 tsp coconut oil 
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
    • 2 tbsp chia seeds

    Instructions 

    1. Place a small sauce pan on the stove. 
    2. Add 1 cup raspberries, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional), and 2 tablespoons chia seeds.
    3. Turn on heat to low, and mix everything together, mashing the raspberries to your liking.
    4. Continue stirring for approximately 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let sit for 5 more minutes to thicken.

      This is legit! I did not have maple syrup and used 1 tablespoon of honey. REALLY good! Love this and tastes so much better than store bought! You rock Kale Junkie! oxoxox Annette

        hi! no, the chia seeds are super important for this recipe. they expand and create the gel-like consistency of jam 🙂
